Pr3detor is a tribe-driven, archetype-based fitness platform built around challenges, identity, and discipline. We help train with purpose, unlock your archetype, and build momentum through structured rituals and progress tracking.

How does archetypes work?

Pr3detor uses five archetypes to guide your training style, mindset, and challenge selection. Each archetype represents a different approach to discipline, strength, and personal evolution. You'll discover your archetypes through quizzes, challenges, and in-app behavior.

Is Pr3detor safe for beginners?

Yes. Every challenge is scalable. You choose your pace, your intensity, and your level. We encourage beginners to start slow, focus on consistency, and build momentum over time.

Do I need equipment?

Most challenges require no equipment. However advanced challenges may include optional equipment ranging form a full scale gym to dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, pull-up-bars - but they are never required to start.

Is Pr3detor a medical or professional fitness service?

NO. Pr3detor provides fitness guidance and motivational content, but we are not medical professionals. Always consult a physician before beginning any new fitness program.

How do I reset my password?

If you created an account using email, you can reset your password from the login screen by selectin "Forgot Password." If you used Apple or Google login, password resets are handled through those platforms.

Does Pr3detor store my fitness data?
