END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement("Agreement"), is between you ("User') and Pr3detor Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us,") and governs your use of the Pr3detor mobile application (Licensed Application" or "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement incorporates Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If any conflict exists, Apple's terms control.

1. Scope of License

The license granted to your for the App is a non-transferable, non-exclusive revocable, limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

• Distribute or make the App available over a network

• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Pr3detor Holdings LLC.

2. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and analytics related to:

• Device type

• Operating system

• App performance

• Crash logs

• Usage patterns

This data is used to improve the app and enhance user experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purpose

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App

• Upload inappropriate, abusive, or harmful content

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Pr3detor provides fitness-related content, challenges, and training guidance. We are not medical professionals

By using the App, you acknowledge:

• All workouts and challenges are for information purposes only

• You are responsible for your own health and safety

• You should consult a physician before beginning any fitness program

• You participate at your own risk

Pr3detor Holdings LLC is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from your use of the App.

5. Maintenance & Support

Pr3detor Holdings LLC is solely responsible for:

• Providing support for the App

• Addressing claims related to the App

• Handling maintenance and updates

Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available."

Pr3detor LLC make no warranties regarding:

• Performance

• Accuracy

• Reliability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no further warranty obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The the fullest extent permitted by law, Pr3detor Holdings LLC is not liable for:

• Injuries

• Damages

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Service interruptions

• Third-party actions

Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.

8. Product Claim

Pr3detor Holdings LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the App, including:

• Product liability

• Legal compliance

• Consumer protection

• Intellectual property claims

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party tools or services. Pr3detor Holdings LLC is not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their policies

• Their security

Use them at your own risk.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Pr3detor Holdings LLC. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo

• You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list

12.Third-Part Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple has the right to enforce it against you.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal court located in Duval County, Florida.
